SHIPPING POLICY

All prices on the One Oh Nine website are exclusive of delivery charges, which are to be paid by the customer. For orders up to €100, postage and packaging to deliveries in Ireland is a flat rate of €5, for orders over €100 postage within Ireland is free. We use An Post to deliver our goods and are therefore bound by their delivery times.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you would like to return an item, we are happy to offer you a refund or an exchange within 14 days of receipt of your order. The item(s) must be in new, unused and unworn condition with tags attached and in original packaging.
